Jungmun Resort Area & Jusangjeolli: what to see and do

Jeju's main resort district on the south coast, with big hotels, a surf beach and towering rock columns by the sea.
Known for
- Jusangjeolli Cliff, columns of hexagonal basalt
- Jungmun Saekdal Beach, known for surfing
- Yeomiji Botanical Garden
What to do
See the basalt columns at Jusangjeolli as waves hit the base, spend time on Saekdal Beach, then visit Yeomiji Botanical Garden. Many visitors base themselves here.
Tip: Airport buses reach the big hotels, but the sights are spread apart, so short taxi rides between them save time.
