Yeongdong: what to see and do
A hilly farming county on the old road to the southeast, known for fruit and traditional music.

- Birthplace of Nangye Park Yeon, a master of court music
- Gagakru, a pavilion beside Hwanggan's old school
- Yongdu Park, a small hill park above the town
What to do
Visit Nangye's birthplace and the pavilion in Hwanggan, then try local grapes or persimmons in season. Yongdu Park is an easy town walk.
Tip: Yeongdong is famous for grapes, best in early autumn. Sights are spread over country roads.
