What to do
Visit the aquarium in Goesan town, then head to the Cheongcheon valley for the riverbank and the waterfall. Try olgaengi-guk, a local river snail soup.
Tip: Cheongcheon is a favourite for summer camping and wading, so it fills up in July and August.
