Uljin: what to see and do
A long East Sea coast backed by deep forest, with a limestone cave, old pine woods and a lighthouse on a cape.
Known for
- Seongnyugul, a limestone cave by the river
- Geumgangsong Ecorium, a forest of old red pines
- Jukbyeon Lighthouse and harbour
What to do
Visit Seongnyugul, then walk the Geumgang pine forest trails. Finish with the sea at Jukbyeon.
Tip: Uljin is far from everything, so base yourself on the coast and use a car. Snow crab is a winter favourite.
