Seoraksan National Park

Seoraksan National Park is a mountain park in Gangwon, centered on Daecheongbong peak and known for its granite peaks, valleys and waterfalls. It became Korea's first UNESCO biosphere reserve in 1982. Visitors hike trails from Seorak-dong such as Cheonbulsan Valley and Ulsanbawi, and can take the cable car to Gwongeumseong for views of the East Sea.
