Yecheon: what to see and do

A river and village county where an iron plank bridge leads to a hamlet almost circled by water.
Known for
- Hoeryongpo Village and Ppyoppyong Bridge
- Geumdangsil Village, with old hanok houses
- Samgang Culture Complex and Bobusang Village
What to do
Cross Ppyoppyong Bridge to Hoeryongpo, a hamlet almost circled by the river. Then walk the hanok lanes of Geumdangsil.
Tip: Geumdangsil offers hanok stays, which is a good way to see the village slowly. Hoeryongpo and Geumdangsil are not close, so plan a taxi.
