Gyeongsan: what to see and do

A university town next to Daegu, with ancient tombs, a pond park in the middle of the city and a quiet forest.
Known for
- Imdang and Jodong Tombs, early Three Kingdoms burial mounds
- Nammaeji Pond, a lakeside park
- Jain Gyejeong Forest
What to do
Walk around Nammaeji Pond, then see the grassy mounds of Imdang and Jodong. Add the Gyejeong Forest in Jain if you have time.
Tip: Daegu's subway reaches Gyeongsan, so it works well as a half-day trip from Daegu.
From Seoul: KTX 2 h to Dongdaegu plus the Daegu subway
