One of Asia’s biggest fireworks shows, fired from barges in front of Gwangan Bridge over Gwangalli Beach, set to music for about an hour.

Tips
- Arrive at the beach by mid-afternoon: around a million people come and the subway gets very crowded.
- Paid seats on the beach sell out; the hills of Hwangnyeongsan and the Igidae coastal path are free viewpoints a little farther away.
- Book hotels in Gwangalli and Haeundae months ahead, or stay in Seomyeon and take the subway.
