A small naval town that disappears under pink cherry blossoms for a short spell each spring.

What to do
Walk the blossom-lined stream and old railway, then climb to Jehwangsan Park for the view over the bay and rooftops in bloom.
Tip: Blossoms peak for only a week or so around late March to early April, and the town is very crowded then. Come early.
