Yangpyeong: what to see and do

A green riverside county with Yongmunsan mountain, a literature village and famous cold noodles.
Known for
- Yongmunsan and its ancient ginkgo at Yongmunsa
- Sonagi Village, Hwang Sun-won Literature Village
- Okcheon-ri naengmyeon village
What to do
Walk the Sonagi Village paths inspired by Hwang Sun-won's story The Shower, then eat thick, chewy naengmyeon in Okcheon. Hike Yongmunsan if time allows.
Tip: Take the Gyeongui-Jungang Line east; the sights are spaced out, so use buses or taxis from the station.
