A mountain district north of central Busan, built around Geumjeongsan, its temple and its old fortress wall.

What to do
Visit Beomeosa, then hike a section of the Geumjeongsan fortress wall up to the East Gate for views.
Tip: Take Line 1 to Beomeosa Station, then a bus or taxi up to the temple. Wear shoes with grip for the fortress trail.
